The government has launched a special anti Malaria campaign in the bordering districts of Iran on the request of the neighbouring country.
Highly reliable sources have been reported as saying that Iran had told the UN that it had eradicated Malaria in its territory but pointed that Malaria was still affecting the neighbouring districts in Balochistan. Teheran expressed the fear that Malaria could affect its districts near Balochistan and Pakistan be told to launch special campaign.
